Figurative painter, drawer and graphical artist. Studied at Sint-Lucasinstituut in Ghent. After his studies he joins the new-rococo group and developes his own unique style. His self-portraits are part of a carecatural world, inhabited by mythical and usual individuals. From technical point of view, his work has links with graffiti-art and the "écriture automatique". He is winner of the "Jeune Peinture belge" (1969).
